What people ask before we start
Yes, on both.
It's published on the App Store and Google Play under your business's account. The Apple and Google developer accounts are paid to them directly and stay in your name.
It depends on what you need, and you know before we start.
We don't sell packages: a CRM for a roofing company and an ordering app for a deli have nothing in common. Tell us what you need and we'll send a written proposal with the scope and the full price. That price doesn't change unless the scope does.

Ecuador uses the US dollar, so there's no currency exchange and nothing to open outside the US. The payment dates are written into the proposal.
No licenses. The server the system runs on and support, yes.
The server (hosting) is set up in your name and you pay the provider directly; its cost depends on the size of the system and we tell you before we start. Support and maintenance after delivery are agreed separately. What doesn't exist is a per-user license: the system is yours.
Yes. The code and the data are yours.
It's delivered on accounts in your name. If one day you want another team to maintain it, you take everything with you and they can keep building on it.

Each new module is quoted the same way —written scope and a fixed price— and built on top of what already works, without redoing it.
